At the heart of Promethist Studio is the concept of the Digital Persona.

Digital Personas as Virtual Employees

Think of a Digital Persona as a virtual employee. Just like a real person, this employee can be designed to perform tasks, follow workflows, communicate with users, and operate within specific business environments - such as banking, healthcare, or telecom.

To fulfill a particular role, a Digital Persona must be equipped with: - A defined personality (tone, style, behavioral patterns) - Soft skills (like empathy, clarity, or persuasion) - Hard skills (knowledge about products, systems, or procedures) - A structured workflow (step-by-step tasks within a business process)

These personas aren’t standalone. They are built as assets within the Studio and can be combined into larger solutions - what we call Applications.

Digital Personas as Products

Promethist allows you to design, train, and test Digital Personas that act just like job candidates or employees. Depending on how far along they are in their development, a Persona can be:

  • A Candidate: A Persona ready for onboarding - built with the right personality type and soft skills, ready to be trained for specific tasks.

  • An Employee: A fully developed Persona with soft and hard skills, trained to execute workflows with measurable performance levels.

These personas are configurable and reusable. They can be tailored to any job function, from a banking assistant to a telecom service bot - and everything in between.

Applications as Deliverables

An Application is a complete package - one or more Digital Personas integrated with tools, workflows, and content, designed to serve end users. Applications are what you eventually deliver to clients.

For example: - A call center application might include a persona trained to answer banking inquiries, integrated with a phone system and CRM. - A wellness coaching app might include several personas, each trained to support different areas like stress relief, exercise, or diet.

Each application is built using assets within the Studio, allowing flexible configuration and domain-specific reuse.

Tailored Studio Types for Different Clients

Over time, as we work with more industries, we develop customized Studio setups based on specific business fields. These become internal Studio templates for different sectors, such as: - Studio for Banking - Studio for Telecom - Studio for Healthcare

This approach lets us efficiently deliver high-performing, role-specific personas packaged into ready-to-use applications.
