Activities

Each unit of dialog performed by the digital persona is called an activity. Activities are the building blocks of interaction and are grouped together within skill sets.

Example activities:

  • Greeting the user

  • Asking about a problem

  • Providing a solution

Digital personas include both social and business skills:

  • Social skills include activities like greetings or farewells.

  • Business skills include tasks like troubleshooting, booking, or confirming details.

When developing, it is recommended to:

  • Focus on one type of activity at a time.

  • Complete activities within a single skill set before moving to the next for better clarity and consistency.
